Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas! We had a wonderful day and hope you did too!

4 months old

Sadie is 4 months old now. She is getting so big she loves to play with her toys and is always jibber jabbing. The best is her cute smiles that she shares with us. We went for her check up and she got a good report, the Dr. was so impressed with how strong she is. She is a great sleeper, she has settled into a 8pm-8am schedule and I am loving it! She was a cute pink kitty for her first Halloween. No trick or treating this year, maybe next year.

Sadie's hair is always a little crazy, but I couldn't help but laugh when this is what her bed head looked like the other morning! So silly!

2 months older and wiser too!

Sadie is now 2 months old. It is crazy but I can't even remember life before she came. At her 2 month check she weighed in at 11 lbs and was 23" long. She is smiling more and loves to eat her hands. 2 nights ago she slept through the night it was pretty much amazing! We love her so much and are happy she is here. Blessing Day

Sunday we blessed Sadie. She looked so cute. She was wide awake during the blessing and didn't make a peep! She just stared up at her dad the whole time. It was a beautiful blessing and we are so thankful that so many of our family could be there to share Sadie's special day. With Mom and Dad

San Diego

About 2 weeks ago we took a little get away to San Diego. We wanted to take a little trip before our lives as we know them are turned upside down, with the arrival of our little one. We had a fantastic time! Here are some highlights.

We spent an afternoon on the beach! Loved it! Sometimes I wonder why I live in a desert. I miss the water. We found my boat! Who knew I had a boat let alone II. I wanted to find the owner and find out the story behind naming his boat after me, but he was nowhere to be found. Crazy huh?! Here is also a little bit of a belly shot for those that have been asking.
We spent a day in "old town" and toured the mormon batallion museum. It was really neat, I would recomended it if you ever make it out there. It would really be fun for little kids. We were the only 2 on our tour so Brian was the lucky one that got to dress up like a batallion member.
We spent one whole day at the Zoo. Here is a great picture of the hippo!

We toured an aircraft carrier. It was really fun. I was a little hesistant but we spent almost the whole day on it. We had a great time in San Diego and are back to normal life for now. 8 more weeks to go until our baby is due. We had an ultrasound today and they said everything is looking good! We are looking forward to her arrival!

ITS A GIRL!!!!

Sorry I have not posted sooner, we did get the results about 2 weeks ago. We are very excited! Let the shopping begin!
