7 peaks

We had so much fun at 7 peaks this summer!  We went almost once a week.  We enjoyed cooling off from the hot summer with family and friends.

Tracy and Mark's Wedding July 14th 2012

July 14th 2012 was a special day!  Tracy and Mark got hitched.  It was a beautiful wedding with lots of friends and family.  We love Mark and his Boys Aaron and Luke and are so excited to welcome them to our crazy family! Beware lots of photos...there were just too many good ones.

                                         Brad and his girlfriend Rissa came from Seattle.  It was so fun to meet her and to spend some time with them.

4th of July 2012

We had a fun 4th of July this year.  We celebrated with a BBQ at my parents with my family including our adopted sister/daughter and her family Kelsey and Aaron Evans and their kids.(we are so glad they made the move to Utah!) Vanessa joined in the festivies and  Mark's boys were also visiting for the summer.  We enjoyed good food, fun playing outside and yes fireworks! Sadie learned the hard way that sparklers are hot...even when the flame goes out.  She still talks about burning her fingers are the "sprinkler".  It wouldn't be summer without family, friends and food!

 I am not sure what they were doing...it was a little early to be watching fireworks but brian and the kids were taking a rest on the grass.

Happy Birthday Sadie!!!!

Sadie celebrated her 2nd birthday this year!  On her actual Birthday we took a train ride downtown with Grandma Terry and Vanessa, to have lunch with Dad.  She loves the dinosaur play land at city creek and had so much fun playing in the fountains out side!

 

                                              
We had a birthday party that weekend at the park with family and friends.  Elmo was the guest of honor on the cupcakes!  When we were planning the party Sadie insisted that we have party hats!  I was able to get a few pictures of a few of the party guests sporting their party hat.  It was soooo hot note to self no out door parties in June unless it is a pool party!!  Thanks to our family and friends for enduring the heat to celebrate Sadie's 2nd Birthday  We love you Sadie!!
