We started off November with a Veteran's Day parade and celebration at the school. Grandpa Roger was able to come and parade through the halls with Finn and Ava. Uncle Mark wasn't able to make the assembly but his star hung in the hallway for the month. We are so thankful to so many who serve and sacrifice to keep us safe and free.
Activity day fun...Finn made string art pumpkins with the boys and Ava learned to make butter with the girls.
Lyla ready to go pick up the kids with a little help from her bunny, Foo Foo
We did a fire one night Fall is a great time for the firepit.
Sadie was in her school play, Alice in Wonderland. She had a small part and was on stage for probably 5 min. She enjoys being with her friends at these activities.
Finn had a field trip to Biz Town. He got to be the CEO of Computech. He even had to give a speech. He decided being the boss was kind of boring.
You would think they could spell the CEO's name right....
We celebrated Grandpa Bruce's birthday!
We spent Thanksgiving with my family. We enjoyed yummy dinner, the kids made fun turkey cookies and pilgrim hats, had fun playing with cousins and the grownups worked on a puzzle.
We went to Grandma and Grandpa Taggart's for pie night on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Pie, games, baby snuggles, and lots of laughs.
The next day we came back to Grandma and Grandpa's to help decorate for Christmas. After we were done we headed to the Orem Temple open house. That makes 3 temple open houses we have been to in the last 6 months! I don't think the kids realize just how lucky they are to have these opportunities.
The kids looking at Grandma's scrapbooks.
Lyla's cute thankful turkey...She is thankful for Mom, Dad, friends, teacher, and bunny.
We had dentist appointments and after we headed to the outlet mall to see all of the fun Christmas decorations.
The kids have been on another pearler bead kick. Finn and Sadie made this amazing nutcracker!
Lyla and I found these cute gnomes at the fabric store.
Lyla wrote her name with the rubber band boards.
Cutest Luis and Ezra! They are getting so big and are getting cuter and cuter by the day. We always love when we get to see them.
Tell me you have a 10 year old boy without telling me you have a 10 year old boy....
Finn loves to get prime and collect all of the bottles.
A beautiful fall leaf that Ava found...
Lyla's cute turkey cupcake from lunch out with Grandma Terry and Aunt Tracy.
What a wonderful month. We truly have so much to be thankful for. We have so many blessing that we too often take for granted. Happy Thanksgiving!
