A trip down town

The other day Sadie and I hopped on a trax train and headed to down town SLC to spend the day.  I was excited to see the new City Creek Center that opened across from Temple Square. We had fun checking it out.  It is a beatiful place.  Sadie loved the dinosaur play area. She really didn't want to leave.

We headed over to Temple Square to meet Brian for lunch.  It was such a perfect day!  The sun was shining and the grounds were looking awesome!  The cherry trees were covered in blossoms and the tulips were amazing, as usual. (especially the ones that were planted by the westland 3rd ward YW)

We had a yummy luch...we are excited to have so many options close to Brian's work now.  It was such a fun day and it wiped Sadie out!!! This is how she spent her trax ride home.....

Happy Easter!!

We had a fun Easter this year. Saturday we went to Andrea's for a cousins Easter egg hunt. Sadie was more interested in swinging on the swing than looking for eggs. She always has so much fun when we get together with all of her cousins!
So excited to go to Andrea's!!
The gang showing off their loot!
I stole this cute picture from Julie's blog...Sadie loves her Chocolate!!!

Sunday we had a great day at church as we were able to remember the true meaning of our Easter celebrations.  I am so thankful for my Savior and for his sacrifice for me.  I am thankful to know that he lives and that because he lives I can be with my family forever!
This picture was a miracle to me...its like she was actually posing!  Must I remind you of the valentines photo shoot???

Cute little girl!! She was not too terribly excited about her Easter basket that the Easter bunny left her.  I am sure one day all of that excitement will set it.  Sunday night we went to my Mom and Dad's for a yummy Easter dinner!
Cute Daddy daughter shot!  Even if she is more interested in the fruit snacks from her basket!

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter and that you were able to feel the spirit of our Heavenly Father and his Son, our Redeemer Jesus Christ.
