March 2023

We started March off with  some Dr. Seuss celebrations. The kids had juice with Suess at the school and Lyla celebrated at preschool by making a cute cat in the hat hat.

Come follow me at Grandma and Grandpa Taggart's...

Finn turned 10 years old! I can't believe he is in the double digits.  Finn is such a good kid.  He is soccer obsessed, he is smart as a whip, he is diligent, and he is kind (most of the time).  I love him so much and I am always thankful to be his mom. We celebrated with dinner at JCW'S with Tiffany and her kids then cake and ice cream at home.  Happy Birthday, Finn!

St. Patrick's day cuties...I was so glad the shirts Tracy made last year fit them again!

Lyla finally got to go get balloons with Grandma for being done with diapers.  She has been potty trained for awhile now, but we finally made the trip happen.  I am so excited to be DONE with diapers.

art work....

Lyla made March comes in like a Lion and goes out like a Lamb masks....

Ava's groundhog...

Finn did this cool art project where they took a picture of him and then cut it in half then they had to draw the other half. I think he did a great job!

Ava art....

Ava Lego creation...

Sadie was in her school's play, The Desperate Housewives of Shakespeare.
She played the part of Roslyn.  It was a cute little show that kept us laughing.  Sadie did a great job and had a fun time. It is fun to see out kids try new things.

I was able to go with Finn on his fieldtrip to the Utah Museum of Art, and the Natural History Museum. We had a fun time.

The snow just kept coming this month! It is has been a super wet winter. It is good for our snow pack/drought, but I think I have had enough, thanks!

Cute snuggly bunny, Oliver...

little surprises left by Finn....

Suddenly we are a family that watches soccer games on T.V.  Finn is a big Real Salt Lake fan and it is fun to watch the games with him.  Even if they are not doing very well this season.

We celebrated Grandma Terry's birthday with lunch at Tiffany's house.  We are so thankful to have her in our lives.  She is always willing to help us out and support us in all that we are doing. She makes 77 look great!

It may be snowy out, but we are ready for spring weather and spring dresses...

We enjoyed a snowy spring break.  We had a good balance of rest and relaxation and being out and about doing fun things.  We went swimming, played with friends and cousins, and on Friday we spent 8 hours at Kid's empire!

Ava dressed like the 90's for a spirit day at school.

sleepy girl with her cute boots....

Silly Lyla dressed like Dora The Explorer at Grandma Terry's house.
This costume has been around since Sadie was little.  The wig is getting a bit crazy.

We had a family soccer match one evening in the backyard.  These are the times when I feel the happiest....all of us together, and everyone is usually happy.  Come on spring, I know you can make it!
