St George...
We had our annual trip to St. George with my family. We had a great time as usual. Finn woke up that morning READY to go!
We stopped for ice cream on the way down.
We spent lots of time swimming in the pool at the rental house, but tried to get out on some adventures too.
We went to Thunder Junction park again and enjoyed the splash pad and the train ride.
We wore Grandpa out! lol here he is snuggling with pooh bear.
We played lots of games and some even worked on a puzzle. Grandma and grandpa playing tenzi with Sadie...
We also went to the children's museum. The kids had so much fun playing.
We tried something new this trip. We went to pick cherries. It was a fun activity and we got some yummy cherries!
Finn wanted to climb red rocks so bad! Things got busy and it was so hot that we didn't get around to it until about 8pm. Brian and Finn went all by themselves and had a fun time. I think Finn loved having some just Finn and Dad time.
On our trip home we stopped in Beaver for lunch and had to stop for a picture with this guy.
We always have such a fun time in St. George. It was a great way to kick of our summer vacation.
Sadie and Finn took swim lessons again. They are both improving. Sadie was even able to swim the entire length of the pool. She didn't really like the jumping off the diving board though.
Sadie had a birthday and it was a big one! 8 years old! She was excited to get baptized.

Our Bishop, Bishop Starr took some amazing pictures of Sadie. Sadie loved every minute of it and turned in to quite the little model girl.
Her Baptism day was wonderful. She was baptized on the same day as her friends in our ward, Kennedy, Carter and Cooper Hill. (triplets) It was a beautiful meeting and we were lucky to have so many friends and family join us. I am so proud of Sadie for making the choice to be baptized. I know that it is the 1st step in returning to our Father In Heaven and I hope she will always remember the way she felt that day.
