We started October off with General Conference. Ava was lucky to go with Brian to the Sunday morning session. She loved it and loves one on one time.
After conference outside playing with Oliver...
Lyla with her class when her teacher dressed as a princess for the day!
Silly sisters...
Sadie with the young women at a corn maze...
These girls came with me to Finn's soccer practice and had so much fun running baseball bases.
We had a day off of school and we made a trip to the zoo.
We were lucky to get to see the elephants one last time before they were moved to a new zoo. We will miss the elephants!
We used our Get Out Passes to ride the lifts at Solitude. We rode the lifts up and then walked to short walk to Lake Solitude. The fall leaves were beautiful and it was such a fun way to see the leaves. It was the last weekend that the scenic lifts were open, so it was a bit busy on our way down, but it was still so much fun!
Sadie bought this blanket for Victoria for her Birthday...
Lyly disguised her pumpkin as a witch...
Sadie went to the Taylor Swift movie with her friends and had such a fun time....
Grandma and Grandpa Taggart at one of Finn's games. They are so good to support all of their grandkids at their many activities...
Trunk or Treat....
Lyla received the Wildcat award at school for working hard! She was not excited to go in front of the assembly to receive the award, but she was brave and did it.
We had a Halloween party at Tiffany's and I didn't get many pictures besides these bobbing for apples...
It was a fun night of games and yummy dinner.
Finn had his las game of the fall season.
Brian took Ava and Lyla to a petting zoo. They had a fun time.
Pumpkin carving. Our kids must be getting bigger, because we were able to carve all 4 pumpkins and clean up in about an hour! They are getting more independent and did a good job. They turned out pretty cute.
We had our annual trip to see the witches/soup/caramel apples with the Ferrells.
Everyone loves Witchy Poo
We took a trip to St. George during Fall Break to see Wendy. It has been far too long since we have visited.
Everyone loves the doggies...
Tuff and Coco
We used the Get out pass again to go ax throwing. I was only a little nervous about giving my children sharp objects to throw. They had so much fun and are already asking to go again.
We went to the open house of the newly renovated St. George Temple. It was so beautiful! I love being in the temple with my family.
We took the dogs for a walk to the park. It was such a beautiful night.
One morning we spied this out Wendy's front window...
We went to the scarecrow walk at the gardens. There were some fun scarecrows...
Is it even St. George if you don't climb red rocks? I think not.
Our friends the Gourleys were also vacationing in St. George so we met up with them at Pioneer Park for some rock climbing.
We took some pictures at these fun murals...
We drove by several fun Halloween yard displays.
another Get out pass activity...We went to a Ninja Warrior Gym. Where I didn't get very many pictures. The kids had fun trying all of the obstacles. Many of them were too hard for us.
Sweet Rolled Tacos...
Then it was back home we go. It is always fun at Wendy's and we came home to much cooler weather.
Taggart Halloween party
It is always a good time when this crew gets together. We always love seeing what fun costumes everyone comes up with.
Uncle Keven and Aunt Allison
Grandma and Grandpa
Todd and Julie and Family
Hannah and Demetri
Brittney and Devin always have the best costumes and this year was even better with the cutest babies, Lewis and Ezra.
Halloween was a fun day. We had the costume parade and I was able to help with Ava's class party.
We went to Grandma Terry's for pizza and treats and then back home for trick or treating. Finn and Benny went off on their own this year, and got so much candy! Sadie went out with her friends.
