Easter 2014

As usual our Easter was filled with lots of fun!  We dyed Easter eggs, made Easter cookies with Grandma, enjoyed an Easter egg hunt with cousins at the Ferrell's, a visit from the Easter bunny and Easter Sunday dinner at Grandma Terry's.  We are so thankful for our Savior Jesus Christ and for his sacrifice for us.  We are thankful for his resurrection that makes it possible for all of us to return to live with him and our Father in Heaven again.  Happy Easter!

Zoo April 2014

We had a fun day at the zoo with friends!  We went with Kelsey and her kids, Harmon, Sammy and Allison.  And Vanessa and Tiffany.  It was a perfect spring day.  We saw lots of fun animals.  Sadie said the giraffe was her favorite.  When we got to the giraffes they were all outside we went inside and Vanessa and the kids went upstairs.  I guess Vanessa is the giraffe whisperer because she called to the giraffe and it came in!  It was fun to see it up close while it had a little snack.

Finn's 1st Birthday

I can't believe a year has come and gone since this kids joined our family!  I can't imagine life without his happy little smile!  He is such a fun kid and he is always into something.  He loves Balls, cars, dogs and anything he is not supposed to!  For his birthday we had family over for cake and ice cream.  Wendy even came from St. George.  I made dog cupcakes since he loves dogs soooo much.  It was a fun night.  We love you Finn!

St George February 2014

With a long weekend approaching Brian and I were kinda itching to do something fun.  We randomly decided to head down to St. George for a quick visit with Wendy.  It is not like us to plan a trip on such short notice, but we did and we had a great time!   It was nice to get away from our winter and feel a little bit of spring.  It probably just gave us a bad case of spring fever!  Thanks Wendy for a fun weekend!!!

On Saturday we went to the new children's museum and we had so much fun!  It is set up like a city, each room is a different part of the city.  They had a bank, a farm, a grocery store, a mechanic shop, a post office and an airport.  They also had a castle where you could dress up like prince and princesses.  Sadie had a blast!  I think she would have stayed in the grocery store all day if we had let her.  After the museum we went to lunch and then to the park to enjoy the spring like weather.  The rest of the weekend was spent just hanging out with Wendy and playing with all of her fun toys!  Is it time to go back yet?
