Christmas 2012

We had a fun Christmas at our house this last year.  It is fun to have Sadie and to enjoy the excitement she brings to the holidays.  This was the first year she really started to understand how fun Christmas is.  She loved all of the decorations and the many Christmas lights.  One of her favorite things this year was learning about Baby Jesus.  We had several nativities that she could play with and she loved it.  She was always carrying Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus those 3 always stayed together.  She loved to sing Away in a manger and is still requesting it at bed time.  We took a trip downtown to see all of Brian's hard work at Temple square.  The lights were beautiful and we had a fun time as a family.  We woke up Christmas morning and checked to see what Santa had brought.  Sadie couldn't believe that he didn't finish his cookies that we left so she took care of the rest for him.  She was excited to get a new stroller for her babies since her other one broke a few months ago.  After a quiet morning at home we headed over to my parents house for our tradition of green pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream!!! YUMMM.  After breakfast we exchanged gifts and had a lazy day.  We are so thankful for this special time of year.  Thankful for our Savior who's birth we celebrate and thankful for friends and family that we love so much.
Dressed up in the snowman clothes.  She may or may not have taken a bite out of the foam carrot nose.

am not sure why I try to get photos....this is what most of our photo shoots turn out like plus a really frustrated mother and child!.......

I did manage this one that turned out cute!...
 Checking out the fun gifts...
