April 2023

We had General Conference and Finn was lucky to go to a session at the Conference Center with Dad.

Currently under construction...

More snow!!! This has been a record year for snow. Ava helped me to shovel our neighbor's drive way, she was a bit tired.

I spotted Grandpa Roger on his new "tool".  He works hard to keep the snow plowed in his neighborhood.

For Finn's bday he said he just wanted to see the new Mario movie with Benny. It was a funny movie and we have been singing the "Peaches" song ever since.

Taggart Easter Egg Hunt at Aunt Andrea's...
This is always a fun tradition, even if our littles are starting to get big!

Ava's cute note for the Easter Bunny...

Spring time is for chalk mosaics.

School spirit night at Chick Fil A

Cute butterfly at the school science night...

Lyla is playing soccer this season! It is so funny to watch 3 and 4 year old play.

Brian was gifted an early bday present.  Lego flower for his desk at work. They turned out really fun!

These two created this while hanging out in Trisha's classroom afterschool.

Sick kids are the worst.  I feel so bad when they don't feel good. Ava had a tummy bug.

Finn had a fever....

Brian and I at a rainy Finn soccer game. The joy of spring sports.

The kids had mid spring break....
We spent an afternoon at nicklecade.

We went to a RSL game. It was so much fun.  This was Ava's first time and now she is hooked!

We went downtown to see Dad. It has been a long time since we have visited downtown. We always have a fun time. We went to the Conference Center, the children's museum, temple square including into the Assembly Hall, and City Creek.

The temple looks very different these days...

We always love the children's museum and I am always surprised how long they want to stay.

After our visit at Temple Square,  we headed to the Capital to see the Cherry Blossoms.  I was sad that it was overcast, but the pictures still turned out pretty good. The kids were grumpy at this point and not really up to pictures.

A few blossoms we brought home to enjoy.

A double rainbow after the rain.

Liv and Lyla at the park....

We went to Red Butte Garden.  Things are definitely not blooming as early this year.  The gardens were pretty empty.

Sadie had her piano recital.  She played 'In Dreams' from Lord Of The Rings.  She did a fantastic job!

Oliver...

and a cute Lyla bunny...
