Sadie went to FSY the first week of summer. She had so much fun! She was roommates with her friend Victoria.
On our way to drop the girls off at BYU for FSY we stopped in Alpine to see the poppy fields. I have wanted to see these fields for years and finally got there while they were blooming.

We also stopped into the bean museum at BYU since we were there.
Grandma Claudia and Ava doing a bit of yoga...
These girls love to steal Grandpa's chair.
Ava and Lyla built a robot....
Pool days with cousins are the best! Let summer begin!
Finn and Oliver....
Nathan and Sam got married! We had such a fun night dancing and celebrating at their wedding.
Sadie did summer camp to try and earn some money.
We went to the Spazmatics concert with the Todd and Julie, Jon and Andrea, and Grandma and Grandpa. The spazmatics are an 80's cover band and we had so much fun! I was dancing and singing the whole night. So much fun!
I got a hammock and I love it so much! The best part is when someone comes to cuddle with me...
We went to the park and Beck and Finn were climbing trees likes a bunch of wild monkeys.
We went on such a fun hike. South Deuel Creek Trail in Centerville was amazing. It said that 4 wheel drive was best so we piled into the truck and headed out. It was a beautiful trail, lots of shade and water and fun bridges to cross and rope swings. It was a bit longer than we have done in the past but it wasn't too bad.
I let Sadie drive the car! It was just in the empty church parking lot and we still have a year before she can get her permit, but she enjoyed it and did a pretty good job. Now she just wants to go drive some more.
We had a family picnic at a splash pad with the extended Child's family. It was good to catch up and visit with a few of my cousins and aunts and uncles.
Sadie turned 14! She celebrated with an outdoor movie birthday party with a few friends. I can't believe she is 14. She is such a good kid. She has a good group of friends and she is always wanting to hang out with them. We are so thankful for Sadie and we are proud of the amazing kids she is.
Cute Lyla art...
