November means Turkeys! We had fun making these cute turkey decorations. They even ended up being table decor at Thanksgiving.
We made these cute turkeys to deliver to friends.
This year, each day we wrote on a leaf something we are thankful for and hung the leaf on the wall. We truly have so much to be thankful for. Even though life isn't perfect we have been blessed beyond measure.
Finn's cute turkey hand print..
Thanksgiving....
This year we had Thanksgiving with the Taggart side of the family. We had it at Aunt Allison's house. As usual we had a wonderful time, with yummy food surrounded by family that we love. We all had fun doing karaoke all night long. I was assigned to bring potatoes and I was worried we wouldn't have enough. I had all the burners going with potatoes. We ended up with plenty!
We went to Gardner Village to see the elves.
Our first snow storm of the season. It caught me a bit unprepared. Poor Finn had to wear pink snow pants and snow boots and didn't have a snow coat! Good thing he is a good sport and didn't seem to mind at all.
We had our 6month check ups at the dentist. Cavity free were we!
Bath time for Lyla..
Ava has gotten really good at drawing people and writing the letter A. Here is some of her art work.
Ava's homemade pizza man.
Mom, Dad and Sadie got to go see Annie in her High schools production of Newsies. It was an amazing show. Annie had one of the lead parts and it was so fun to watch her. Sadie loves Annie and I am thankful for so many "big" cousins that my kids have to look up to.
Ava at Thanksgiving point..
I was trying to capture Ava "boooping" Dad on the nose. She will just randomly poke your nose and say "BOOP"
Cute girls....
Lyla sandwich
Wendy, Brad and Rissa came to town for Sinterklaas. We had a great time having them here. Liv loves Lyla and always wants to give her hugs.
This year my siblings and I decided not to exchange Christmas gifts and to instead go out for some fun together. We went bowling and had such a good time. We bowled, ate yummy food and then played in the arcade. It was fun to be all together and without the little kids for a change.
